All documents and information submitted by clients are treated confidentially.
The first instance of consulting (up to one hour) and preparing the concrete offering is free of charge and without obligation.
Our fees depend on the amount and complexity of the work required. Definite information can only be given following a full description of the work or a first instance of consulting. For each project a contract is concluded. This may come about by the client accepting the offer in a written note (e.g by email or fax) or additional written agreements
